As an importer of promotional products, Capital Design is committed to work only with factories in China, Thailand, India and other countries around the world that meet their local government’s standards for fair labor practices.
These include: no child labor, good working conditions for their employees, etc. The people who are working in these factories, producing our premiums are working under their own free will, in humane conditions, and for a fair wage based on the local economy.
